Delivery
Shipping charges for items to UK addresses are £4.50 and will be sent within 3 to 5 working days. Orders are normally sent with Evri.
Shipping charges for the EU are £14.99 and will be sent within 2 to 11 working days. Note that you are liable for any customs charges.
Shipping charges for International are £23.99 and will be sent within 3 to 17 working days. Note that you are liable for any customs charges.
You can also opt to collect from Arborfield, near Reading.

Returns
Can I return my order?
Absolutely! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or have had a change of heart, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Any damages or faults must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
Please note that you will need to cover the cost of returning the item unless there is a fault with your purchase. Refunds will be processed once we’ve received the item in its original condition.

About Our Bags
What is the printed part of the bags made from?
Our bags are crafted from high-quality leather, with the printed sections made from hair-on leather. These sections are carefully painted to mimic animal prints, adding a bold and unique touch to each piece while maintaining a luxurious, natural texture.
How is leather sustainable and eco-friendly?
We use leather offcuts sourced from larger manufacturers, which would otherwise be discarded in landfills. By repurposing these materials, we aim to reduce waste and create beautiful, one-of-a-kind accessories. The leather we use is also a by-product of the food industry, making it a more sustainable choice that minimizes environmental impact.

Sustainable Packaging
Our mission is to be sustainable throughout our business and beyond our products. For this reason, we often ship products in re-used packaging.
We also don't include printed invoices to save on valuable resources - your receipt is sent to you by email when you place an order
